Can`t install Blightfall

Once I get to about 82% of downloading Blightfall, and the progress bar says "Downloading Mod: extra-tic-v1.4.5.zip"  it gives me an error report that says

"Error downloading a file for the following pack: Blightfall

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/extra-tic/extra-tic-v1.4.5

Please consult the modpack author"

Anyone know how I can fix this?

does it actually say it without the zip...?  That file URL doesn't have a zip.

Hey I'm having a problem downloading the pack I keep getting this error

An error was raised while attempting to read pack info for modpack blightfall, build 2.1.2: server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: http://solder.technicpack.net/api/modpack/blightfall/2.12/?cid=ad57feea-020d-4c40-84f4-b085c6db7384

Can someone help me please?
