EvilOwl Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Rename your "modpack.jar.jar" to "modpack.jar" or better disable hiding of the file extensions in your OS so this doesn't happen again. Quote

EvilOwl Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 It's crashing and I'm not surprised. Here's a part of your fml-log: [main/INFO] [STDERR/]: [java.lang.Throwable$WrappedPrintStream:println:-1]: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: codechicken/lib/asm/ASMInit and here's a screenshot of the NotEnoughItems mcf thread: TL;DR you didn't include CodeChickenCore in your modpack. I suggest you read carefully mod descriptions. Pssst you also have a minecraft 1.8 mod in there, switch it to a 1.7.10 version. epicpotato227 1 Quote
epicpotato227 Posted August 28, 2015 Author Posted August 28, 2015 okay so i added the codechickencore along with so more core mods i was missing + i removed the 1.8 mod (nice catch and thank you) now im back to it crashing so here is the updated link http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/javans dropbox link https://www.dropbox.com/s/dh9wzxpqu1rpplk/modpack.zip?dl=0 (do you even need this? lol) so can you teach a man to fish here and tell me what to look for in the logs and how to read them so i know what im missing. so i dont have to bother you anymore? EvilOwl Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 Looks like you are missing a mod called "configmod" (it was called like this in 1.6.4 and now it's a part of CoroUtil - tropicraft dependency) Googling the stacktrace got me here and that lead me... to this very forum board, here, that suggested reading the tropicraft install instructions here. After downloading tropicraft and installing it the way it should be done (with coroutil and the TCSchematics directory) the modpack crashed with another mod erroring. Sigh That crash is your next assignment, here's hint Quote
epicpotato227 Posted August 29, 2015 Author Posted August 29, 2015 so i got that and made it further than ever buut back to craching http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/javans Quote
