No mods in Launcher (Mac)

Antivirus Program: dono, havent installed any extra since i got the mac

Description of Problem:

Downloaded Launcher first time on Mac, starts the launcher. it starts and it says "technic Launcher - No Modpacks Selected". can't press options or any other button.

Do you see the grey box at the top left of the window? Try clicking on that, that's where you select your modpack.
