error Custom Modpack problem

Ok, I have everything setup right as far as I can tell... I get this error after pressing play for my mod pack. Anyone able to help?

 

EDIT: I've tried running Technic as admin and that didn't help and I've tried hosting at dropbox and copy.com(Which kept giving me an invalid like error)

EDIT2: Ok, I found how to get copy.com to save, but it's now giving me a failed to download error
