Pipe type 0 is a non-existant pipe that's usually generated by an auto-rebuilder (rollback) type world protection tool. You'll want to note the coordinates, use MCEdit or similar to delete the pipes, and then either replace them with actual pipes or just leave them gone.

so something such as towny's creeper heal and coreprotects rollback would be causing it? how would i be able to stop this from happening?

Can i ask how to co ords work is it x 1st or y first or z im not sure cus i ahve the same problem

ok ile explain the problem as i have fixed it and i had the same problem

GO To these coords via tp or using the map. If you cannot get on the server then use

mcedit to remove these pipes. It is literaly the ONLY way to remove them without removing ALL the buildcraft pipes.
