HELP!! tekkit server crash

very often me and two people play on my server and it crashes telling us some kinda java problem and it continues to say [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? im on a mac so any help would be nice

Laptops aren't great for servers either. The best is a linux desktop.

I can perfectly run a tekkit server from my MacBook Pro 13" 8GB Ram.

Ps. Linux sucks.

OP can you give a log of the server problem?

Spec's of the server your running on?

are you running the server and client on the same system?
