Item ID 194:4 (Duplicator)

There is a duplicator block when I open the NEI mod, but it wont give me a recipe for it. So I spawned one, and right clicking on it only open a gui with a square to put a block/item in. I have no idea how to make this or how to use it. Any help?

This is supposed to be an admin/OP only item. You place an item in there, and then wire up either a Buildcraft pipe system, or else a Redpower pipe system, and when you "pull" items from the duplicator, it'll treat the placed item as though it is an infinitely large chest full of only that item, and will output that item.

EDIT: to clarify, there *is* no crafting recipe. It cannot be legitimately obtained in a survival game.
