Any Ideas?

Additonally, Tekkit Launcher won't load. so I've must have done something wrong...

it just sits at a white screen just after the mojang screen...

I re-named forestry-client-A-1.4.8.6_bc2.2.jar to Zforestry-client-A-1.4.8.6_bc2.2.jar so it will load last, and i deleted the Forestry folder from the EE2 jar but the game still crashes. Help please ?

No, but i did deleted NetherOres,Matmos,TubeStuff,ImmibisCore,CraftingTableIII,PowerConverters.

EDIT : I just noticed that in the config's folder there is a forestry folder + the forestry config file.

Alright, so I've been trying to get forestry up and running on my tekkit 3.1.2 server as well. I followed all the steps listed in this thread, got the version listed on the last page, etc. But now whenever I start it up I get this shit.

Now if I go (server-side) and delete the forestry folder from the EE2 mod zip this error doesn't seem to occur and I can actually start the server. But this causes EE to get all shitty and weird, seemingly breaking transmutation tables somehow and lord knows what else. Any ideas?

If it's the one I'm thinking of, they provide a link in the server post. They are being allowed to stay on the list, despite the Forestry thing, because the server has been listed for much longer than the rule has been in place. They will have to do all the installation and troubleshooting help themselves.

i found a forestry mod (version 1.4.8.6 no less!) but it's incompatible with MC.

if i have the forestry mod it wants me to 'update' in which it basically removes forestry, if i decline the 'update' the forestry will be the ONLY mod and finally when i manage to get forestry on without removing the others, i come up with the white screen of death

Then you need to take it up with them, or post your own thread elsewhere. Forestry isn't part of the mod pack any more, with good reason.
