Forestry mod tutorial

Then you need to take it up with them, or post your own thread elsewhere. Forestry isn't part of the mod pack any more, with good reason.

i did a little bit of research and apparently he issue is with buildcraft. apparently forestry was designed to be compatible with buildcraft 3.1.5, not the latest version

okay just wanted to give u guys a feedback.

yesterday i was able to run forestry on tekkit 3.1.2

ive used both files posted on the first page, deleted the forestry folder in the EE2.zip(server) and .jar(client) and put the required files in the mod folder.

to avoid the slot problem i gave the MILL the ID 4090 instead of 4095 and it works fine now. even without deleting any other tekkit mods :-)

Just FYI, I found a very nice tutorial on how to get it working. Its a bit complicated but it does work. I managed to get my server working with it. The link for the tutorial is here:

So I've tried everything in this thread (even the tutorial part that Vyhrin posted) and I only got the single player part to work with forestry, when I install the mod in to the tekkit server and launch it crashes I'm running the latest versions of both server and client so I don't know what the issue would be lol any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I don't know how to paste the cmd info of the server to show you guys what the errors are -.-;
