OS: Win7 I3 8GB RAM

Java Version: 7 update 3 (build 1.7.0_03-b05)

Description of Problem:

Didn't know where to post this exactly but the Windmills produce energy in SMP but not on the Server, I usually setup windmills at 256 and when you click the windmill it shows that it's producing energy when you go to 256 on the server or any height you click your windmill and you see that no energy is being produced is there a way to fix this?

I am having the same issue. Windmills are not generating EU no matter what I've tried. Tin, glass fibre, 5 blocks away from the windmill to a batbox, nothing. No EU.
