So, I would want to update computercraft in the lastest tekkit version.

Well, with tekkit, pretty hard. Technic has it already, but I believe with all the new turtles, I'd resolving would be a mess!

I think there is no bukkit port yet, but there are only like 5 new blocks. Shouldn't be tooo hard resolving the ID's

More than 5. because you have the pure turtles like crafty and farming and then you have mixed turtles, like Crafty Farming.

Arent they made with sub id´s?

There is only one new block ID. Now that forge has 4096 ID's built in, it should be easy to find a free ID.
