electrolyzer will not connect to a power line and even sitting right next to a generator dosn't charge it

I'm having the same problem, my Electrolyzer is sitting right next to an MFE and it's not getting any charge at all.

Electrolyzers are very annoying, and will only start accepting energy if the MFE or MFSU in question is almost completely full. Yes, really.
