flying plugin?

Hello! I was wondering if there was a flying plugin that is compatible with tekkit? I realize that there are jet packs and such, but im trying to find something that would allow the same sort of flight that creative mode gives (where once you stop moving you stay in the same place instead of falling back to earth).

The Ring of Arcana retains that flying functionality, as well. But, flying with it is free, whereas SWRG costs EMC.

I'm looking for something similar, but specifically creative flying only for my staff. I've tried a few two versions back on Tekkit, but need to try them again now that we're up to 1.2.5R4.
