My Mods Won't Load

I saw an update i didn't know what it was i downloaded it, i logged on and I only had 3 mods, 2 Minecraft Forge mods and the Not Enough Items mod! Where are they?

Ou told us nothing. Find and complete all sections and for the love of god fix your error log. It's not a log of your actions, it's a lo f the servers actions, if you're even using a server cause it seems as if you're using technic at the moment.
