I'm trying to run Technic launcher for the first time, but the progress bar keeps stopping, followed by "download failed"..

And yeah, my friend has the same problem on his laptop but not his desktop. I don't get it either. Had him delete all, uninstall java...reinstall java7 and then redo the technic pack. 50/50 progress so far on technic, tekkit, and hack/mine
