I was recently working on a factory and was using EE to produce matter and build craft to manufacture it (I think build craft is the one with pipes). Anyways I was using the energy condenser to create iron and a wooden pipe to take it out, however the wooden pipe kept removing it from the target slot used for creation instead of the chest itself, if anyone knows a way to avoid this or change it, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can't make Wooden Pipes in a Condenser. No EMC value, you see.

You can however, add it to a list of EMC-able items. But you're on Tekkit. So don't do that.

He wasn't trying to condense wooden pipes, he was trying to remove items from the condenser with wooden pipes.

What side is it connected to? If it's connected to the top, try connecting it to another side. If not, it may just be that BC is going for the target slot and you can't get around that. I can't remember off the top of my head if it's possible to use BC pipes with condensers, though I do know that RedPower tube systems will work.
