I want to connect my quarry to my solar panel, but i can't find the Energy Link. So what can i use?

It's now called a energy bridge and you have to attach the right consumer and producer; this would be an IC2 Consumer (because the bridge will consume IC2 EU's) and a RF producer because it produces RedstoneFlux/Minecraft Joules.

Don't how it work, the 1C2 (lv-mv or hv) never stop explosing when i put the bridge on. But with some test, i can convert RF energy to EU energy, but not in the other side, it's a bug?

I have no clue, I havent used or tried to use it the other way around like you are trying to do.

That is strange, because I have my quarry being run by 7 LV solar panels going through a bridge.

Try using an EV consumer. Works for me.

The Converters in PowerConverters you need for LV a MV converter and for MV a HV converter

It is actually more efficient to just use flux pipe and the solar flux solar panels instead of the IC solar panels. In order to make flux pipe you'll have to set up an engineers toolbox module to make the sweet redstone ingots.
