Block Breakers Dont Work????

ok so block breakers arnt working on my server, they dont even break melon. the black list in the config has nothing in it so im not sure what the problem is. ive just deleted my red power folder and im going to see if that helps. if anyone else has had this problem please tell me, if u no how to fix it.

op [RedPower] I believe Whilst your at it you should op [buildCraft], [ComputerCraft]

as some other elements of these dont sometimes work e.g Quarries from buildcraft
