Modpack not working!

I wanted to make a modpack to play with my friends, and I followed the steps correctly but it doesn't install Forge any help? ;(

Please change the Forge file name from modpack.jar.exe to modpack.jar like it should be,

I'm sorry to say that but that's the most irresponsible answer I've seen this year on the forums.

The user dowloaded god knows what and god knows where did he get that from and you're advising to launch that? In some circumstances it would be ok but without any info the proper answer can only be "download the correct file from the correct place and try again".
