Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 Hey there guys....About the all the updates in tekkit i keep seeing new blocks and on servers theye they tell you the "right" way of a quarry set-up do you really need to use those energy links? Codzhe Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 No, you can use steam,redstone or combustion engines(you just put them next to quarry and power it up) i suppose you use energy link to be able to run quarry by electrical power . Of course electrical energy is way faster i think it's most powerful way to run quarry especially if you use solar power.You don't need to hydrate and it never explodes like combustion or steam engines.I don't recommend use redstone engine cause it's really slow...
