On my server I have a plugin to prevent players from opening enderchests in creative called noenderchest. For alchemical bags use noitem and give them noitem.nohold.(alchemicalBagID) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WorldInventories has seperate enderchest inventories but if you already use an inventory separation plugin it would be hard to switch...
