Cannot Fly with /fly

Description of Problem:

with or without fly plugins cannot type /fly to fly while in survival. Not sure if it is

a plugin glitch or what. Here is the list of my plugins:

its obviously a tekkit thing bc when i run the same exact mods on my vanilla server it doesn't pose a flying problem...and its a public server, not some random server me and my friends play on...

That shouldnt matter as essentials gives you an ability similar to creative mode flying that isnt conflicting with that properties. The only thing that affects that property is to detect continuous falling which most hacked clients exploit.

You must delete EE (Equivalent Exchange 2) from client Easy :D

I done understand why is it a client related problem on a ./fly server command seems very unrelated but if it works it works

EE blocking /fly plugins. Fly is in EE (rings), if you delete EE, then /fly is working... I have this configuration on my tekkit server. Players on my server cant installed mod EE.

This resolution is works wonderfully...

EE isn't installed on the server at all, i deleted the EE.jar file. What all files do I need to actually delete? Other than that...

No EE on server, but in client. You must go to "\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\tekkit\mods" and delete "EE2ClientV1.4.6.5" (if have you tekkit 3.1.2).

And... /fly is working...
