It's AVG, get rid of it or read the post that tells you how to stop it from blocking the download. In the future consider reading the COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS sticky that actually has the answer to your problem in it. Thanks.

...Then post a bug report. Don't hijack someone's thread, create your own. It's not real paper people, you can use as much of it as you want.
