Description of Problem:
Title says it all, in the launcher (when you open it to login) skins don't load if you have migrated your account to a mojang account, therefore using your email address to login. This isn't a major issue and the only possible fix that I can think of is to make a mod that writes the player's username to a file when minecraft launches which the launcher then reads.
