CaelThunderwing Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 i used to have this issue long ago an di just did a work around and put a LV transformer on the Output of my MFE i have my setup like this GeoThermal-> MFE->Induction Furnace-> Roteray Macerator -> Centrifuge Extractor -> Singularity Compressor -LV Transformer -> Canning Machine i've tried changing it around but what ever comes on the 3rd part of the line.. it'll drain the MFE like no-one's business and will not have a charge. i am using Glass Fiber cables should i use something else?
disconsented Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Geothermal outputs at 20Eu/T. I'm guessing that you are using more than 2 EU/t
Korialstrasz Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 the T2 machines use 5 Eu/t, if i remember right, when they process stuff or are heating up etc. Once they are in standby, at max speed and not processing anything, they take 1 EU/t. So yeah your single GeoTherm wont be enough to power all of them up at the same time
Viktor_Berg Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 The newest versions of advanced machines require transformer upgrades to operate at T2. Either operate them at LV (they don't drain that much energy now), or at MV with transformer upgrades.
