Tekkit, No such item

Until 1.2.3 came out my tekkit ran fine on my server, but now tekkit 2.1 i have updated and when i go on, it says no such item, asif the mods havent loaded, please note that my server is bought and i run it off a website and ftp.

As i said, my server is loading but asif it hasnt got the mods, all the items from EE, IC2 etc are gone and its asif the mods arent loading.

You haven't provided nearly enough information, like exactly which versions of client and server you are running (mentioning 1.2.3 just causes further confusion, as it has nothing to do with Tekkit), logs from the server and launcher, etc.

If I were to guess, I'd say you've set up a plain vanilla Bukkit server, not a Tekkit one.
