Problem 1, launcher not loading if the cache isn't cleared-just clear the cache.

Problem 2, tekkit not working after the cache is cleared, should be posted in the tekkit bug boards.

Okay, I'll re download it everytime I play tekkit, and my problem 2 was about NEI, which doesn't work after clearing cache.

What doesn't work? Try pressing "o"
