Launcher loading bar pops up then vanishes

Launcher Version: latest

Operating System: windows 64 bit

Java Version: java 64 bit

Antivirus Program: Kaspersky

Description of Problem:

when i first ran the launcher the loading bar opened and loaded to 100% then closed and nothing happened, evey time i tried running it after that the loading bar would pop up then vanish right away, can anyone help me?

%appdata% -> .techniclauncher -> techniclauncher

this is simple method and kinda resolves stuff like this.

so i went to where u said but its a winrar file, what do i do with it?

when you go to .techniclauncher there should be a jar file called techniclauncher

If it showing as a rar file then you should right click it and where is says "open with" have it open with java.

Also uninstall winrar and try using 7-zip instead , much better program .

i have both. they both do exactly the same thing not starting a war.
