Tekkit Server issues, please help, want to murder java

Hi over the last few months our server has been torn up by java errors, so ive tried fixing what it sais, it just moves on to another mod or plugin to bully, so after everything, i try a new map, seems to work, comes back again, so i try a new server, seems to work, but then comes back again. i can give an example of what it does but everytime its not the same, the most common 3 is strange server errors, map and entity errors and then plugin or tekkit mod errors, here is the latest one that crashed the server
