elmoxdesease Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Me and a friend recently decided to play through tekkit again. We have played through tekkit many MANY times and we have made all sorts of houses. Some worked and other did not. We are looking for a house style to build that we think will make this playthrough fun like the rest. Only issue is that we are stumped. Anyone have any cool ideas for house styles?
Industrial Miner Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Try a medieval-like keep, castle or mansion. Then build all your machinery and the rooms that you want in it. You can even include a basement if you need more room.

arentol Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Roman Villa built around a central courtyard could be cool.
disconsented Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 A modular self contained underground labyrinth, equipped with pretty much anything you may need.
AQJ Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I build a 3-wing Marble mansion with a large round room in the intersection with a glass-dome roof, and marble columns out front The Glass dome took some time, but it ended up looking cool, a bit like the US congress, but with a glass dome instead
Industrial Miner Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I want my house to be the homecenter of all the industry while it looks like a mix of an ancient greek temple with a dome and a medieval theme. And because of chunkloading reasons, the maximum surface that my house may be built in is a 3x3 chunk. So it can be loaded by a single chunkloader.
