Pipes and MFS?

Are buildcraft pipes capable of moving say Lapotron crystals to MFS's to be charged, then remove them again once charged?(With a timer of course)

You might have better luck using Redpower Pneumatic Tubes and some of the different redpower machines coupled with the timer.
