Description of Problem:

when launching tekkit server, says"error occured during initialization of VM, could not reserve enough room for object heap

This should go in the Tekkit Bug section. And when you do, Post more information. Not a lot of what you posted was very helpful

Actually, none of it is helpful. All I know is he needs to allocate more memory to the heap.

Well, be fair, he did post his bit version. I try to avoid all-encompassing statements as often as possible

Well, be fair, he did post his bit version. I try to avoid all-encompassing statements as often as possible

Windows 64. Ok, so he could be having a 32 bit issue, and we know he has windows. I believe my statement still stands.

OP: check here at the CP&S. You should be able to provide us with more information using the instructions in that thread.

Maybe it's a test version of Windows installed on a Nintendo 64.

That would explain it...

yes please, as i actually have this same exact problem, well almost the same, i have windows 32 bit instead of 64
