"Advanced" whitescreen error

Operating System:Windows 7 64 bit

Version of Java:Java 7 update 3

Description of Problem:After logging into my tekkit server, the outline of the blocks around me appears and then everything freezes. After a while i get a message stating that my display driver has crashed but recovered successfully. After hitting ctrl ALT DEl and getting control of my mouse back the Tekkit windows remains a white screen.

Ive tried everything i could think of and everything people having the white screen error have tried. Reinstalled everything including java and the techniclauncher. Ive updated my graphics card.

It only seems to affect SMP. I can play SSP fine.

Edit: My friend can logg on my character just fine if that makes a difference

Just to let anyone that might have the same problem know, All i did to fix was roll back my graphic card drivers. Im guessing thats where the problem was comming from

Try moving the player data for you out of the server and logging in, if it works then the file is borked, you'll lose all your items and location but you'll be able to log in.

file should be in <server_directory>/world/players/<username>.dat

"world" may possibly be different if you renamed your world

Just stating that that didnt work. i had tried that. As i said i did get it working finally. just rolled my drivers back.

I rolled my drivers back as well, no such luck for me. Only happens when my game trys to load ic2 advanced machines. Sad face.
