Shadow_wolf Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 OK first off I'm going to start out by saying that I know other people have had this problem but I have not been able to get a clear answer to this issue. I just put up a server today and have been the only one on. At points it starts to lag and I see in the command prompt for the server it says [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change or is the server overloaded? I don't know if I should be concerned about this issue or if it's normal. Thanks in advance! gavjenks Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 Yes, it does mean you are lagging, but nothing to be concerned about, if the lag is not bad enough in game to bother you. It just means bukkit checked the game time against the computer operating system time, and it was significantly off. Won't affect anything in game other than playing speed.
