Crafting Table 2 Item Duplication (not gamebreaking, no crash)

Operating System: W7 Home Standard 64-bit

Version of Java: 1.7u3

Description of Problem: When using Crafting Table 2, sometimes if I make some shit, leave the table, then go into my inventory, then exit the inventory, I get the items that were *supposed* to be used up, dropped on the floor. Example: Made 15 buckets for infinite-watermill-EU-gen in Crafting Table 2, exit that, open inventory, dick around, close inventory, find 45 tin on the floor. Straight-up Runescape item doubling.

Error Messages: N/A

Mostly just wondering if anyone else noticed it. Not gamebreaking, not really anything annoying, I usually just throw em in lava.

Aha, that would do it. I couldn't figure it out, and I didn't see it in the bug threads. Dammit. I knew I was gonna look like an idiot.
