DISCONNECT.OVERFLOW

I also find it hard to believe that you are running a Tekkit server and people are not using any pipes or tubes. Go visit your friend and check out what he's doing.

Generally, disconnect.overflow happens when a user overloads the server in some way. I have seen this happen through excessive item spill, rampant forest fires, and spamming lots of red alloy wire attached to timers.
