Tekkit Server 3.1.2 Won't Update

So I have cleared my original tekkit server files completely, dragged the new ones into my ftp. Rebooted the server, no update. I have reinstalled openmod and verified the new tekkit.jar file. I am using verygames as my server host.

What did you expect it to do?

3.1.2 is the latest Tekkit and servers aren't supposed to update themselves.

I wasn't expecting it to update itself. I downloaded tekkit server 3.1.2 and dragged the files into my server. What more do I do?

From what version.... what happens when you run it... did you look at the conversion threads if you're upgrading from 2.x... what errors do you see on server startup...

Update in what way? If you seriously expect ANYTHING useful then tell us EXACTLY what you are hoping the achieve.
