None of my Mod pack is working

Hi, any kind soul can assist me with Launcher issue? , the mod closes every time i try to launch it. 

Below are the error i assume, any advise on what to do?

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. 
This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic.

That's kinda the idea. Now try to launch that modpack again.
