PreciousStones Bukkit Plugin does not work with Tekkit

OS: Mac

Java Version: jre 6, latest mac build

Description:

I have just tried the PreciousStones plugin on a vanilla tekkit server and it does not function... not sure of the reason for this. It loads properly in the console and it functions when you type /ps it responds, but when you place a precious stone, nothing happens :/ Any help?

There are 100's of posts now about protection not working.

Don't even bother messing around with other protection plugins or anything that requires reading the block placement event. It's a big problem everybody is having, it's a known issue.

Yes, however I was talking about the other fields besides protection, PreciousStones does other things. The sticky about block breaking wasn't stickied when I posted this, and I had been searching about PreciousStones specifically. I now know that it has to do with Tekkit not sending a BlockPlace event, and I'm actually trying to fix it...

The problem is there is a mod that changes the itemblock.class file and removes the Send Event to bukkit, i belive its the server side stuff of NEI

I'm going to try comparing the two classes and see if I can find a fix to make both work... I'm not going to have as much time as it's back to school this week though :P

If you are trying to use a non-standard block id as a PS field (i.e. 224 for tin and copper blocks) and are experiencing client crashes, then add the "tekkit-block" flag to that field with this version of PS:
