Psp4804 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 I started a server for tekkit, and it had an error, so I looked it up and learned that I needed JRE 1.7 (Java 7). So I installed that. Now since that I got rid of my separate server hosting computer, I'm also playing on the same one. I start up technic launcher, logo appears, then vanishes. I look this error up, and see that I need Java 6 (JRE 1.6) to run Technic Launcher. So I decided to run both Java 6 and 7 at once. However, Apple restricted that capability recently. How am I suppost to play and host at the same time? Quote
