Blank Screen From Soup Bug

I don't know what happened, but when I ate this "Visroom Soup" or something, it blinded me and my entire screen went pitch black. I can see my FPS in the top right only, but nothing else. I don't have a backup for it, so i'm pretty much screwed here. Any idea on what's going on?
