my modpack not working

i have my download link set up ive made sure that they are all 1.7.10 but when i launch my modpack it opens up as 1.6.4 and a fatal error pops up saying this version of coFHcore does not support minecraft 1.6.4, i have it set to open minecraft 1.7.10 and it does this plz help

Not at a PC right now, so I can't check your download, but are you sure you have the 1.7.10 version of forge universal (1614)?

Yes i. Even dowloaded it again then uploaded it to make sure

Always provide the API URL or a link to the pack platform page.

Check the dropbox link you have pasted into your Tekkit modpack panel, maybe re-paste it. And change that dl=0 to dl=1
