Launcher Isn't working properly

The Launcher has worked in the past then after i took a 6 month break and came back the launcher stopped working, When I Launch ANY modpack the launcher disappears as if it was working but then reappears as if i didnt do anything. I've tried Updating Drivers, Java, Reinstalling technic, and running as administrator. A big change in my computer from that time was windows 10 but i dont think thats the problem, a crash report generated can be found here: crash-2016-05-21_15.04.41-client.txt

Welcome to Windows 10. Either update your graphics driver, or downgrade your java to 8u25.

Uhhhh how do i downgrade my Java? And all i can update is my Chipset, when i do update it, it has me restart my PC then it asks me 2 download when I check it again
