Help with my modpack

hey guys, i managed to get my modpack running,its just when i actually get past the forge screen i get a weird screen, shown here, I've never seen this before,could anyone shed some light as to what i have done wrong?

It looks like  you obtained NEI and ChickCodeCore from an untrusted source. 

Download from here http://chickenbones.net/Pages/links.html

Always download mods from their authors site or from a site like curseforge,curse.
