Tekkit legends opens but only shows white/black screen

When I click play on my tekkit legends pack, the page comes up but it only shows a black/white screen (it will be a blick screen with white boxes). And when it gets to the title screen, it shows the bottom left corner of the title screen (the minecraft background spinning). Please help!
