Problem Launching ModPacks

I'm having difficulty launching any mod packs. When i start the launcher it says its fine, i click Play on any mod pack it starts to load and then just stops for some reason. Please Help

 

Im Running 64 Bit Win 10

Intel HD Graphics? Java version (don't you dare say latest, I want a "java#u##)?
