Blocks/Placeable Items

So i dont know if this is a bug or not but when i go to place an item or a block it places and super fast speeds so placing planes (I installed the ww2 planes mod) creates 2 planes placing single blocks is a nightmare. Im sure its some sort of feature but i dont know how to turn it off this occurs in survival and creative mode

I Try'd removing all the mods i added (MO creatures world edit flans ww2 pack) Same results
