When I play two minutes the game throws me to the desktop.

Hello Everyone.

I make a new world, playing five minutes after the time throws me to the desktop. 

Launcher has 1 GB RAM. How to add more, if this is the problem? Version Tekkit is 1.1.1

Logs please. Logs can be found in %appdata#\.technic\logs and will have to be uploaded to paste.ubuntu.com.
