Having issue downloading files

I just got a new computer and I've been trying to download the tekkit pack onto it through the technic launcher. It's giving me the error seen below, I went in and deleted the cache in the tekkit main folder, and then tried to redownload it. I even completely removed the Technic pack from my computer and reinstalled that. Any help is appreciated.

You got Kasperksy antivirus by any chance?

Yes it is. Either add a exception for 

*.mincraft.net

or temporarily disable the antivirus while downloading packs.

 

This is caused by the /ad/ part of the url.
