optifine vanilla

so i have been having troubles getting optifine into vanilla that runs of the technic launcher any idea what folder to put it in or how to install it?

Anything that goes into the minecraft.jar goes into the modpack.jar I believe.

Does the Vanilla option even have a modpack.jar?

If you want to play Vanilla, I suggest you use the regular Minecraft launcher. Less time to start up, faster updates, you name it.
